A BARGAIN PROPERTY
a. If you want A BARGAIN PROPERTY, one about to be foreclosed, you have come to the right place. First, print these instructions, as you will need the instructions after arriving at the page to fill in the blanks, thereby getting to the bargains. .
b. Then, while reading from the instructions you printed, click on number
" 3. Florida, Manatee county, etc " below, which is probably in blue or purple and is underlined.
3. Florida, Manatee county, Bradenton, FL MLS Nearly New & Used
After doing that, you should see a new page headed PROPERTY SEARCH, with some blanks to fill in. Don't fill in number of bedrooms and other information you may have in mind, just the items below.
a. Fill in county field with "Manatee, Sarasota" by clicking to the right of county on a very small square with a magnifying glass; when the small window opens, please check both Manatee and Sarasota. Then click OK.
b.Now, look a couple inches down for MARKETING REMARKS.
Fill in Marketing field by typing "PFB" (all caps) (without the quote marks ")
d. Now, scroll down to PROPERTY TYPE and fill in the field by selecting "RESIDENTIAL".
e. hit <ENTER>.
